Sunshine Coast Tourism offers media assistance for qualified journalists, bloggers, and influencers interested in experiencing the lifestyle and hospitality of the region.
We appreciate and respect your intention to create inspiring media coverage to share with your audiences in broadcast, print, and digital mediums. Please note that the level of support we can provide varies and depends on our current resources, season, and target markets, as well as your assignment and previous coverage.
Whether you are looking for guidance/research or would like to visit the region, we will do our best to provide you with:
- Images and b-roll
- General information, story ideas, and contacts
- Itinerary suggestions/arrangements/logistics
- Activity, meal, and accommodation support
- Hosting (when applicable)
- Fact checking articles pre-publication
To request support for a visit to the Sunshine Coast, interested parties must complete a media assistance form detailing their specific needs, provide applicable deadlines, and allow a minimum of four weeks in advance of travel dates.
If you are a member of the media, and wish to discuss a visit to the Sunshine Coast or other media support, please contact Andrea Wickham-Foxwell at firstname.lastname@example.org.
