Sunshine Coast Tourism (SCT) staff run the day-to-day operations of the organization, with the support and direction of the Board. From strategic planning to implementation and execution, our team works hard to fulfill Sunshine Coast Tourism’s mandate.

Annie Wise

ANNIE WISE Executive Director

Annie leads the organization’s strategic direction, annual planning, research and development, and daily operations, while championing the local tourism industry and ensuring Sunshine Coast Tourism delivers strong value to its partners and communities.

Crystal Solberg

CRYSTAL SOLBERG Marketing Manager

Crystal leads SCT’s marketing activities, including paid campaigns and tactics, owned media and content, print collateral, and partnerships with sector organizations. She works to attract values-aligned visitors in key markets, promote seasonal and geographic dispersion, and grow the regional “Sunshine Coast” brand.

Andrea Wickham-Foxwell

ANDREA WICKHAM-FOXWELL Communications & Industry Partnerships Manager

Andrea leads SCT’s media relations—sharing the stories that make the Sunshine Coast extraordinary—while building the industry partnerships that keep the tourism community connected. From securing media stories to fostering local collaboration, her work supports a sustainable, thriving region that locals are proud of and visitors are eager to discover.

Wendy Wright

WENDY WRIGHT Visitor Services Manager

Wendy manages SCT’s Visitor Centres and brochure racking program, Mobile Visitor Services, and the Volunteer Travel Ambassador Program. She supports the Visitor Services team to help ensure that staff and volunteers can offer informed local recommendations and facilitate high-quality visitor experiences.

Tammy Gibson

TAMMY GIBSON Staff Accountant

Tammy manages the organization’s bookkeeping and internal accounting systems. She works closely with the Executive Director to maintain financial operations, and enjoys being part of and supporting the management team.

Lisa Milne

LISA MILNE (On Maternity Leave) Operations & Programs Senior Coordinator

Lisa manages operations and programs, ensuring smooth systems, documentation, reporting, and coordination. She supports the management team with tracking deliverables, planning, reporting, and Board processes, keeping initiatives organized and on schedule.

Our team is supported by additional staff, students, and volunteers at the Pender Harbour, Sechelt, and Gibsons Visitor Centres.

Board of Directors

Strong leadership and guidance is provided by an 11-member volunteer Board of Directors who represent each aspect of the Sunshine Coast’s tourism industry.
