Lower Coast Mountain Biking

The Sunshine Coast is broken into several riding areas all interconnected by forest service and hydro access.

Sprockids Park
This area, just 2 km from the Langdale ferry, is the world's first Sprockids park. The area features a progressive skills park including dirt jumps, wall rides, and a pump track.  It also supports a large network of beginner to intermediate single track.
Must ride: Sidewinder to Hwy 102

The B and K - Roberts Creek
Home of the Sunshine Coast bike fest, the B and K supports the largest and most diverse network on the Coast. Gravity enthusiasts will appreciate the well groomed forest service road, which provides access to a network of trails from mild to wild.
Must ride: Hwy 103

RockABilly - near Sechelt
A 2 kilometre single track climb made challenging by loose rock. Ride is up from either direction, then it is at times challenging to maneuver on the downhill with more rocks. Directions: Marked with signage. At the end of Mason Rd, pick up the forestry road, best bet is to use the attached GPS.  Difficult.

Sergeants Bay/Connor Park - Halfmoon Bay
A 20 plus kilometre network of cross country singletrack trails from beginner to advanced.  Lots of rooty old school trails to keep you smiling for hours!
Must ride:  Pterodactyl

Pender Harbour Trails
The Pender Harbour Mountain Bike Community is busy creating many new singletrack trails that will complement the Suncoast Trail System.  A great connector from Halfmoon Bay to explore the scenic Pender Harbour area.
Must ride:  Dry Feet, Cougar, and Scary Hill Bypass
