The Sunshine Coast Tourism Partnership formed to create an alliance with tourism stakeholders to establish a destination marketing organization (DMO) as part of an economic diversification strategy.  The following reports have been produced as part of the strategic planning process.  An inventory of every tourism business will be available online soon.

2002 Inventory
The tourism inventory, which is classified by the eight main sectors of tourism has indicated there are An Acrobat PDF file404 tourism businesses on the lower Sunshine Coast comprised of accommodation facilities, food & beverage providers, adventure & recreational operators, attractions/heritage/arts & culture, visitor-oriented festivals & events, transportation providers, tour/travel agencies and tourism services.
