Refund Policy: If the Buyer is not completely satisfied with SCT’s product or services, contact us within seven (7) days after having made your purchase and the SCT will provide a refund minus a $25.00 administrative fee. All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing (postmarked with the appropriate date) or via email within the seven (7) day period following the purchase.
