Inaugural Meeting on Friday, May 2nd at Rockwater Secret Cove Resort!

We were very pleased to have approx. 80 people present to hear what Sunshine Coast Tourism is all about.  And from the enthusiastic response to the Question & Answer session at the end of the presentation, it seems that everyone was pleased and excited about our vision.

We will be sending out a newsletter to update those present, as well as those who were unable to attend.


In order to move foward with our strategic marketing plan, it is very important that we broaden our membership base.

What is the Purpose of SUNSHINE COAST TOURISM, and
How Does it Affect Your Business?

The Province of B.C. has declared an initiative to double tourism revenues by 2015, and Sunshine Coast Tourism is your organization dedicated to achieving this goal for the Sunshine Coast.

How will this affect your business? Sunshine Coast Tourism will be responsible for attracting tourists to the Sunshine Coast through print, web, radio and TV marketing campaigns, allowing individual businesses to simply market your own services. The increased tourist traffic will directly impact your bottom line.

You will see a number of changes on this website in the near future, so we urge you to check back regularly to view the updates that will more clearly reflect our organization.
